Bucket elevators are used for bulk material (powder material like cement, fly ash, slag powder, limestone power etc. / particle material like clinker, limestone, coal, gypsum etc.) vertical elevating.

1.Large elevating capacity
Adopts inflow feeding method, unloading by gravity, and densely arranged buckets, low chain speed . The lifting capacity range is 15～800m3/h.
2.Driving device power consumption is small
There is no return and digging material condition, so less invalid power, thus driving power reduced accordingly.
3.Wide range of applications
Not only used for powder, particle and massive material, also elevate materials with high grinding properties or material temperature with ≤250℃.
4.High elevating height
Chain speed is slow, and adopts plate type high strength wear-resistant chain, elevating height reaches to 40m.
5.Long service lifespan
No material scattered during feeding, lifting and unloading, prevents the material from abrading the body.
6.Stable operation
No failure time exceeds 30,000 hours.
