1. High strength and load carrying capacity

3. Anti-fatigue performance
Tempering treatment (quenching + tempering) to obtain tempered sorbite structure, significantly increase the fatigue limit. Lifetime can be up to 2 times more than ordinary steel chain plate.
4. Technics predominance
Sand mold/precision casting can form the structure with holes, reinforcing bars and special-shaped profiles in one body to reduce welding stress concentration.
