Product description
ZJ series double-shaft mixer is a kind of equipment which uses the synchronous rotation of a pair of spiral shafts with mixing blades to humidify and mix the powdery materials at the same time.
Advantage
1. Equipped with pre water, the distance from the nozzle to the material surface shall not be less than 200 mm, and the atomization of water shall be used to fully pre wet.
2. Mixing blade insert welded abrasion-resistant alloy, good wear resistance, long service life.
3. The driving shaft and driven shaft are fixed with pin and processed as a whole, with good coaxiality and rigidity, ensuring the overall shaft strength and stable operation.
4. The mixing blade is fixed on the shaft by fixed angle method, the nut is fastened, the position of left and right shafts is clear, and it is easy to assemble.
5. The whole machine adopts arc bottom, whole frame, the appearance is straight, beautiful and generous.
6. According to customer requirements. The power system can be replaced left and right.
Application
It is mainly used in the humidification and mixing of power plant fly ash, as well as in the humidification, mixing and transportation of solid particle materials or powder materials in chemical industry, mining and other industries.
